RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
If you have any problems with your order, you have 15 days to return, exchange or request a refund.
- If we made a mistake with your order, please contact us with some additional details, such as your order number. If fixing the issue requires you to ship something back to us, we cover all of the shipping costs and will provide you with a return shipping label via email.
- If you made a mistake with your order, such as choosing the wrong product or variant, you can reach out to us with more details. We will help you get your issues resolved as quick as possible before shipping occurs. If you are reaching out after an item has already been shipped from our warehouse, we do ask that you pay for the return shipping, if needed. Items being returned should be in good condition with original packaging and unused.
- If you need to return or exchange an item, first make sure that the item in question is in good condition, includes the original packaging and has not been used. In these cases, we only refund the cost of the item - we do not refund the shipping costs included with your original order. In addition, return shipping is paid by you, the customer. - Restocking fees? Returns are so rare with Sweet Lee's (because most customers absolutely love our hot sauces) that we don't charge restocking fees!
GENERAL SHIPPING INFO
- All orders over $50 ship free within the US. Unfortunately, international shipping is paid by the customer at this time. See more under the "Domestic Shipping" & "International Shipping" breakdowns below.
- Our team fulfills all orders internally within 1 - 2 business days of your order being placed from our offices in Middleton, Idaho. Generally, orders are fulfilled on Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays, though these shipping times vary depending on holidays, delays, etc. Delays are rare, and if a substantial delay does occur, we will be sure to reach out and let you know as quickly as we can.
- If your order gets lost in transit, the first step is to reach out to your local USPS and see if they have any answers for you. If they cannot provide you with any more information, please Contact Us and we can work on getting a replacement sent to you.
- If your order gets shipped back to us as "Return to Sender," it's very likely that you've provided us with an incorrect shipping address. In these case, you'll need to repay the shipping costs before we can ship a replacement to you. Reach out to us and let us know what happened, and we'll send you a custom link to pay for the extra shipping costs. We do try to reach out directly to customers when an item is returned to us, but because we are so busy, it's a good idea to keep your eye on the tracking number yourself!
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
- All of our domestic orders are shipped through USPS. During checkout, you'll see a variety of shipping options - the free shipping option will only become available if your cart is more than $30.
- Domestic orders typically arrive in 3 - 5 days after they leave our offices (not from the date you placed your order), though if you live closer to Idaho Falls, Idaho, it may be sooner. Similarly, the further away you live, the longer it may take.
- Please note that the above arrival estimations are provided by USPS and are not guaranteed by Sweet Lee's.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- All of our international packages are shipped through USPS. Shipping prices change constantly, and our system automatically updates those costs as we receive them from USPS. As such, you'll be charged the exact amount required to ship internationally. If you'd like to see how much it costs to ship to your address, you can add your desired items to your cart & go through the checkout process.
- International orders typically arrive within 2 - 3 weeks after they leave our offices (not from the date you placed your order), though in some cases it may take up to 6 weeks.
- Please note that the above arrival estimations are provided by USPS and are not guaranteed by Sweet Lee's. Sweet Lee's does not provide refunds for shipping fees on packages that are not delivered when expected.
CUSTOMS CHARGES
Although it is rare, there is a chance that your order incurs customs charges. This has happened to a very small number of our customers. Sweet Lee's is not responsible for customs charges if they do occur. If these charges are not paid, your order will be sent back to us, at which point we will refund your order LESS our shipping costs, along with any other charges that we had to cover during the shipping process.
PRE-ORDER & BACKORDER POLICY
At some point, some of our products may be available for pre-order but are not ready to ship quite yet. Some items may be temporarily sold out but will be back in stock soon, otherwise known as backordered.
- When placing an order for a pre-order or backordered item, you will be charged at the time of purchase, and not when the item ships.
- Orders that contain pre-order or backorder items do not ship until the item is ready to ship. This means that if you order 5 items, and only one of them is on backorder/pre-order, then the entire order will be on hold until this item is ready to ship. If you'd like other items to ship sooner, you'll need to place 2 separate orders.
- We try to make it as clear as possible when the estimated shipping window is. If this delivery window changes for whatever reason, we will reach out to you via email.
- You may cancel an order any time before it ships by contacting us.
INVENTORY & OVERSELL POLICY
- If there are Inventory & Oversell oversights, meaning that we oversold something and can no longer fulfill your order, we will reach out to you via email and offer you a refund or the ability to exchange that item for an item of equal value. NOTE: this is a very rare occurrence.
